I would give 0 stars if possible. Outside of blatant assumptions and condescending discourse with the CCM agent, the agent decided to ignore my emails after I asked for clarification and for input from the property owner. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism shown by the agent in charge of Salem, MA properties. Out of respect, I will not name the agent.
I’ve never left a negative review of anything in my life but CCM Rentals is really that predatory and disgusting. Went to sign my lease and they raised the price of the apartment without informing me, though it was listed differently on their website. Incredibly shady and unprofessional business practices but they have no problem taking your application fee!

Very poor rating, you need at least an 650 credit score to even qualify and the girl ((Taylor)) in Lawrence location lied and said if you have bad credit all you would have to do is pay a higher security deposit to be able to move in. I got jipped out of $50 bucks and still no place to live thanks a bunch CCM rentals � You were the Icing on the Cake of an already horrible day ive had today.
After living here for a few months, I've realized this is the worst place to rent a home. The agent and property managers are seemingly nice at first, but become extremely rude and disrespectful as time goes on. They were sawing directly next our window and we asked them nicely to move their things. CCM Rentals is a great place. I have been living here in Fall River, MA for about 8 months. The apartments are neat and in good shape. The management team treats you with respect and kindness. The management office staffs are the greatest; they will answer any question in a reasonable time either by phone or email. They are very helpful and easy to work with.
