would like to share some concerns about my recent experiences. During my visit at the Takoma Park location, I had a laboratory test but I was never contacted about my results. I had to follow up myself while I was still in pain. It was very disappointing not to receive a call or explanation from the clinic. In addition, it took more than two days to clarify one of my prescriptions, which delayed my treatment and the time I could start my medication.
