would like to share some concerns about my recent experiences. During my visit at the Takoma Park location, I had a laboratory test but I was never contacted about my results. I had to follow up myself while I was still in pain. It was very disappointing not to receive a call or explanation from the clinic. In addition, it took more than two days to clarify one of my prescriptions, which delayed my treatment and the time I could start my medication. They don’t answer the phone. And when they did I scheduled for a physical and months later when I called to confirm what time my appointment was for that day, they told me I never had one. This is a review for the receptionists. They are the problem.

Very disappointed. Blood work process used to be so much more simple and easy when they had labcorp. Now you have to spend a really long time waiting to be seen for bloodwork. Literally makes everything much more complicated. They need to bring labcorp back. Besides that Really nice receptionists in front Jose and Claudia.
