P�simo servicio al cliente y falta de respeto al tiempo de los pacientes. Mi esposa ten�a una cita programada en esta cl�nica y, al llegar puntualmente, el personal de recepci�n simplemente nos inform� que la cita hab�a sido cancelada porque la doctora se retir�. Tuvieron la audacia de decir que "nos hab�an llamado para avisar", lo cual es completamente falso, ya que no recibimos ninguna llamada ni notificaci�n. Extremely disappointing experience with CCI. The service was terrible, the communication was poor, and I felt completely ignored. Nothing was handled professionally, and the whole experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I would not recommend CCI to anyone.
The worst thing that happened to me at this center was the waste of time. I don't recommend anyone go there because they waste time. I waited for more than four hours just for a blood test, and then no one came to take a blood sample.
