Extremely disappointing experience with CCI. The service was terrible, the communication was poor, and I felt completely ignored. Nothing was handled professionally, and the whole experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I would not recommend CCI to anyone.
The service is amazing, The doctor is very kind and attentive, and she asks all the necessary questions during the appointment; the nurse and the front-desk staff are very professional.
The doctors, nurses, and medical assistants are amazing and will treat you with care. The front desk is extremely unprofessional.
The review is specifically for my doctor; Tony Li. Since he was assigned to be my doctor my appointments goes weight better than before when I used to see different providers for my appointments. He very acknowledgeable and listen to every concerns and provides a solution and right instructions for all. He is always very helpful and kind even when very busy.
