Thank you to the doctors and nurses for their exceptional service. Doctor is professional and helpful. I also think some of the front desk staff is not professional, nor friendly and need some training, accommodate all customers in an equal way regardless of race, and ethnicity. Thank you .

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for many years, and it’s disappointing to see how much the experience has declined over time, especially after the clinic expanded. The medical care itself is good. The nurses and doctors have always been professional and attentive. Unfortunately, the administrative side of this clinic is extremely frustrating. The customer service and billing departments are difficult to deal with, and scheduling appointments is very hit or miss depending on who answers the phone. For example, when I calle... read more
