I’ve been a patient at this clinic for many years, and it’s disappointing to see how much the experience has declined over time, especially after the clinic expanded. The medical care itself is good. The nurses and doctors have always been professional and attentive. Unfortunately, the administrative side of this clinic is extremely frustrating. I’ve been a patient at CCI for over ten years, and Dr. Tyris Ford, Dr. Elizabeth Echols, Alexus, Olenka, Bianca, etc. have been exceptional. I want to thank them for the amazing care.
