I've always had a pleasant experience at CCI Dental, from the time I check in with the ladies and see, Venecia, Chante, Jessica and Dr. Brown. They have great customer service and are are very professional. I recommend CCI dental to everyone, who like me are sqimish about going to the dentist, to choose this dental practice.
Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Service This is by far the most unprofessional service provider I have encountered in the U.S. I scheduled an important appointment three separate times, and each time it was canceled at the last minute. This was a vital treatment that should have been completed long ago, yet nothing has been resolved. Four weeks ago, I visited for a checkup, and the doctor recommended blood work based on my concerns. After not hearing back, I called two weeks later for an update and was told results typically take about a week. Yesterday, I received a call from CCI Health informing me that my lab work was lost and I would need to come back in to have it done again. As a result, I still have no results, my time was wasted, and I had to make additional work accommodations. Extremely disappointing experience...
