Fast Service for Desperate Designer – Called CCI to repair my konica for a mission critical projectthey diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and completed the repair on a Saturday. Their fast service gave me plenty of time to complete my project on time. Report Abuse
don't waste your $$$$ – I used Chapman for an onsite call and asked on the phone to ensure their repair tech would have the parts when he came on site for $115.00. The repair tech came on site - no parts - wiped off the inside of the printer and said that I needed a new drum kit that was a consumable and they didn't carry those. Waste of time - and I called the owner Jane and she would do nothing about it. They are also running a cleaning special for $59.95 on site and she refused to lower my price to that even though that w... read more
