The folks at CCG are very bad at finishing the work that was started. It's been more than a year since I closed on my house and I've only had my messages and emails go unanswered,if they do respond they never actually follow up on doing any of the pending things. Its the most unprofessional company.
I don't know where to start. Our walk-through of the house happened when the house wasn't even cleaned. They promised to clean it the next day, didn't happen! They didn't clean it till the next day after we moved in. Nobody even showed up for the closing of the house. It's been one year and 3 months since closing and we're still missing some important paperwork about the construction of our house. Purchased our first home with CCG and could not be happier with the quality, the professionalism and enthusiasm of the team. They stuck through with us despite the mortgage process being a little slow on our end due to COVID and had a complete understanding of the situation. We did our walk around with Ryan and the team and they could not have been better about picking up (the minor) issues that we had identified and fixing them in a timely manner.
