Jimmy and the entire teller staff at CCF Woodbury/ Oakdale are incredibly kind thoughtful and very informative. I opened five new accounts today I changed banks could not be more pleased with my experience. I’ve been with my other Bank for 22 years and the customer service and attention to detail and the personalized experience is exactly what I wanted. CCF is a great bank great products.
I just want to say that I don’t give enough credit to Jimmy at the Oakdale branch. He goes above and beyond for his customers, he listens and never argues but if the customer is wrong he is firm without being disrespectful. He is the only reason I have stayed with the branch for so long and I hope he gets the credit he deserves. He should be the personal banker he only needs tellers to help him.
