We moved into a new, construction home and made a big mistake, getting carpet on our main stairwell. After two years of living here, the carpet looked worn and horrible. So, we reached out to CCD Interiors for an estimate and timeframe to replace the carpet with matching wood floors on our main level. WOW! We used CCD for custom window coverings for 27 windows in our home and while the selection process went well, that’s where the good experience ended. They had to remake several products several times, and installation did not go well. It was a horrible customer experience, and they didn’t seem to care at all. And now we have had some products stop working which are still covered by the manufacture warranty, but they refuse to honor their manufacturer’s warranty, which just feels shady. We built a new house and used CCD for our flooring, cabinets and tile. Most of our cabinets we damaged either during shipping or during installation. Some were actually cut with a box opener when they opened them. Most of the damaged war poorly covered with a furniture marker. LVP was gauged in several spots during installation. Tile is a mess!
