Dr. Jones is an incredibly kind and patient doctor. The nurses are all really sweet and seem to actually care about their jobs. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!!
UTMC has some of the most incompetent people I have ever encountered. They don’t know what goes on in the hospital. Where are things are at in the hospital right from left and it’s pretty pathetic. This is one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. If you can go somewhere else. After this, I will never have another doctor at UTMC again
