I was supposed to have a dental appointment today (Thursday June 26 @3:45 p.m.). I confirmed the appointment via the portal that was sent to me by text the previous day. I filled out the new patient forms & confirmed the appointment at 9:45a.m. the day before- which is more than 24 hours before my appointment. -5 stars for unprofessionals who have no responsibility for their patients picking up and dropping off in a shuttle. They do not acknowledge the constitutional rights of civilians and taxpayers. They're medical license, should be stripped and all of the workers should be retrained by a professional who knows right from wrong. They made me take a bus back which violates their policy and I almost got stranded within carventry with a 5-hour walk back to Providence while being handicapped and disabled. Terrible service. Confirmed an appointment over 24 hours in advance but the staff canceled it three hours before the start time.
