Frustrated with repeated visits for the same issue due to incomplete treatment. Profit is prioritized over patient care.
Guys need to get their schedule together, hours yesterday claimed to be 8am, wasn't even open, now today they open at 9am? Now I cant even get my medication til whenever theyre ready.
I have been going there for years. Many times I was seeing 30 minutes to one hour after my appointment time. Now they have a 10 minutes late policy that you won't be seen. I have a baby with hand foot mouth, and got there 13 minutes after my appointment and they sent me home. 1 star. Zero if I could! Thanks for everything and my wasted time
I was supposed to have a dental appointment today (Thursday June 26 @3:45 p.m.). I confirmed the appointment via the portal that was sent to me by text the previous day. I filled out the new patient forms & confirmed the appointment at 9:45a.m. the day before- which is more than 24 hours before my appointment. -5 stars for unprofessionals who have no responsibility for their patients picking up and dropping off in a shuttle. They do not acknowledge the constitutional rights of civilians and taxpayers. They're medical license, should be stripped and all of the workers should be retrained by a professional who knows right from wrong. They made me take a bus back which violates their policy and I almost got stranded within carventry with a 5-hour walk back to Providence while being handicapped and disabled.
