I never write reviews, but this experience merited one. Megan, The lady that answers the phone is SOOO rude!. First of all, I had my sister's car towed on 12/1 and at first she told me 15-30 mins which was cool, then she called back and said 45 minutes but the driver ended up showing up about an hour and 15 minutes after the call. The driver never gave my sister a receipt. Megan told me she couldn't find the copy that should've been given to my sister so she MUST'VE gotten it! Really? The company gave me an ok quote and they were there in a reasonable amount of time for a Sunday. The guy who towed me, I think his name was David did his job but I didn't like the confederate flag hat he was wearing or his comments about how he has to pay taxes. He did seem like a hard worker however. But all that really turned me off.
Chris is awesome. Had me laughing the entire 30 minutes i spent with him. Definitely recommend. Be prepared to laugh the entire journey if you ride with him

Easily the best tow I've had. They were more than friendly and patient on the phone, and the driver was amazing. He got to my car quickly despite traffic. I highly recommend CC Waters. If you ever need a tow, ask for Chris in truck 2. He was great and hilarious.
