I showed the picture of the little tiny flowers that I wanted and I got fireworks on my nails instead. The sweet girl tried so hard. She erased a few and started over a few times. She should have just admitted that she couldn’t do it. I also asked her to round off my kind of square nails and she went extra on a couple of the sides and they are uneven. They are my own nails, so I have to wait until they grow out again. Very disappointed.

I am not typically someone to leave reviews. The gel x nail set I received was amazing, but the pedicure left much to be desired. I asked for a pedicure and received minimal filing and nail polish when the “basic spa pedicure” includes foot soaking, massaging, scrubbing, etc (what is included in each pedicure is posted in the facility)… I tried to place my feet in the bowl and was directed to put them on the pedestal for polish.
