I have bought my jewelry here for years. Recently, I had an earring break and returned to have it fixed. It was fixed within 3 days and when I went to pick it up, I thought the store opened at 9. It actually opens at 9:30 but I was allowed to come in and pick up my earrings. Haven’t encountered customer service like in a very long time. Great store to work with.
