CC Auto is terrible. The woman that i worked with was very nice but the owner was very rude the way he spoke to me as a customer. I came in expecting the vehicle price to be $5,500. I know that have bad credit and they said that they would work with me. The reason i picked that vehicle was because of the price.The owner raised the price of the vehicle to 7000 without me knowing and then contacted the finance company and told them that thats how much we discussed. Good customer service and were very responsive
I visited, test drove and purchased a car I identified through an online search. Initial visit on Monday, came back Friday to complete paperwork and pick up. I thought the experience was very transparent and direct. John (owner) and Michelle (admin) were helpful and efficient. The process was painless and drama-free. The car condition was described accurately and the price was slightly below market. I would recommend without reservation.
It was great!! Was very prompt and informative! Car was not ideal for me however.
