LESS THAN ONE STAR: This is the most unprofessional offices I have ever been in for a VA evaluation. Not only is the front desk staff rude, they are dancing in the office while people are there, and talking about getting workmen's comp for a paper cut. There is no professionalism from the front desk staff right up to the person doing to exam. It took the examiner less than 10 minutes to make a full evaluation that effects my well being. Scheduled an appointment 4 days out for a dot physical. I received confirmation email and messages for this appointment. When I arrived the lady was very short and rude, she stated I want on her schedule and I'd have to call some other number to figure out why. I would avoid this place as there are plenty of other options out there for dot physicals. AVOID AT ALL COST

I was very satisfied with the service with this clinic.. the staff from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner Candace Bentley were the best hands down. DR Bentley was more than just a physician doing her job, she cares, listens and laughs... I came in for a Dot physical and left CB's NP Health Service as my primary doctors office. Thank you so much..
