When we needed furniture for our new home we shopped here. We were starting over & needed bedroom, living room & kichen stuff. the staff was great & we still have & love our furniturre 4 yrs later!!!
CBS furniture in Cleveland has excellent customer service even down to the delivery drivers who delivered my furniture and they were very fast.I love my new furniture the complete living room set and lamps. Also rugs and vanity. I will be back for more furniture and have been recommending other people to go there. They have a very big selection and styles. Ms Brenda is a devoted customer service rep that helped me with my mattress. First I went with an okay brand made in Texas. But it was causing me a lot of discomfort. After coming back to CBS and speaking with Brenda she gave us a comfort test and made a match for me. I just purchased the Tempur Flex Elite and I'm never going back. No aches and pains in the morning sleeping like a baby. Thank you Brenda. I see more CBS in my future.

I just wanted to say I love your store! I stopped in yesterday from Tyler Texas to see your store and it was An amazing stop I do have to say .. Even with the bad weather I drive in for 3 hours ..
