Experience was just as described in Facebook reviews. Ashley helped us and she was amazing. We've been shopping for quite awhile for living room furniture and the prices and quality here surpassed what we have seen. Hopefully delivery goes as well and easy as the shopping. They didn't negotiate prices but we felt prices were still reasonable. I kept hoping for a discount on tables and lamps!!! We certainly recommend.
Great experience every time I have been there. Wanted the Black Friday tv stand/entertainment center but when I arrived they were sold out. They still gave me the Black Friday price and let me order one. They kept in touch about when it would be delivered. Friendly service and they have great products. My living room is almost complete with Rustic furniture from CBS.
I was waited on by Camilla. She was amazing! Patient,kind,courteous and knowledgeable! She asked me the right questions, understood my needs and met them! Best customer service experience I have ever had!
We purchased new recliners and couch from CBS about a year ago and they sent out a service tech to put more stuffing in the back and fix a small spot where the stitching had unraveled. I am beyond pleased with everyone from the showroom floor to the service tech!
We just purchased a living room set. We love it and our sales person was awesome. Ashley was our salesperson. She was knowledgeable, respectful, delightful and we will use her again. We will soon be purchasing a dinning room set.
