We purchased a recliner. When we got it home, we realized that it was defective (leaned to one side.) I contacted Ashley at CBS, and she was very helpful in getting it replaced and was able to have the new one delivered to us and the defective one picked up. We were very pleased.
ABSOLUTELY love this store. Very friendly staff. Always a smile on there faces, very helpful. And always has great knowledge of there merchandise.
