I have been with CB&S Bank approximately 5 years.i haven't had very many positive things to say about the customer service interactions that I've dealt with over the years. Until yesterday when I visited the Birmingham Branch after an hour and a half drive from Anniston(Closest Branch) I was Assisted mostly by a wonderful understanding patient and very thorough Teller. Been banking with CB&S for over eight years. It’s been a great experience and have never had any problems. I especially love the interest rate in my checking account.
