We dont normally bank at that branch but we were in the area. The tellers apparently dont know their protocol. Was very rude to my wife, just unpleasant and unprofessional. Told my wife the ck wouldn't post til after midnight, and we couldn't get cash back. The check cleared 30 minutes later. Then, MS Sandra has the audacity to call me and ask if we stole her clipboard. Ma'am, I dont need your $1 clipboard. I will be going back to the tuscaloosa branch from now on.
C B and S bank is my all time favorite bank ever! all of the tellers and staff are wonderful especially Sandra the most excellent!

Michael Truss at CB&S is my guy! He normally sits at the mountain brook location, but also serves at the Doug Baker location. Always takes car e of me! 100% recommend
I have been with CB&S Bank approximately 5 years.i haven't had very many positive things to say about the customer service interactions that I've dealt with over the years. Until yesterday when I visited the Birmingham Branch after an hour and a half drive from Anniston(Closest Branch) I was Assisted mostly by a wonderful understanding patient and very thorough Teller.
