CBM poor excuse for a property management company needs to be fired and all their credentials revoked.... they do not deserve assistance from any agency like the USDA ...they are slumlords, making tons of money as they neglect their tenants, take money that should be going on repairs and replacements and making the properties liveable and they keep the money instead ...every single property of theirs is overrun with generations of cockroaches, bed bugs, rats and mice and mold ...dont even rent from them
This company does not care about their tenants, at ALL! Its all about the money. Living at the Bear River Apts. with the new manager "Erica" runs this place like she's Hitler. My grandkids can't even use chalk? It washes away, right? She has brought all negative and no positive.. I can live by rules, but She's Ridiculous. We can't smoke on site, she's taking away our assigned parking, limited when we can do our laundry What's next? Mrs. HITLER?#notanadditiontoourcommunity!!
