This company rocks! Preston came out and was both punctual and extremely professional cleaning my couches. I have had both couches 4 years and they seriously looked brand new after they were cleaned. The owner Micah was also phenomenal to deal with. HIGHLY recommend!
Communication with Micah was very cordial with as easy seamless process. Preston was amazing! His diagnosis of stains on an area rug was accurate and effectively removed. Very nice guy who was conscientious, informative, and hard working. He was efficient but still took time to answer my questions and I appreciated his "report" for aftercare. I won't hesitate to call Micah again in the future and highly recommend EcoClean/CBM!
Preston was professional, and pleasant, and worked in a timely fashion. He did an incredible job! I wish I called months ago! No more bad pet odor and brand new carpets.
