I just finished working on a transaction with Craig, and can confirm that he's wonderful to work with! He's very knowledgeable, responsive, patient and kind. Craig has a number of lending options for all kinds of home buyers, which is one reason he's first on my list of recommended lenders! His team is also great, and dedicated to making the loan process as streamlined as possible. As a realtor, I always feel confident referring my own clients his way for lending information and advice. He will 100% take great care of them.
Craig and his team were very professional, easy to work with, and available to contact at any time with questions we had. Used them to close on our VA loan and were able to close on time. Only critique would be a better document tracker for signatures and due dates, but everything was completed in time.
Craig is well known in the community and was very helpful to my family as we are moving across country. He was not only excellent at procuring our loan but also helpful in anticipating and explaining “next steps” through-out the process of purchasing our new home.
