Could not have had a better experience, it was 2am on a Sunday morning we gave him a call he was here in less than 45 minutes. Diagnosed the problem in 5minutes and Fixed my issue in 15. Very personal and funny guy can tell he really wants to help. Thanks a lot!

What a awful first time experience. Came from out of town to purchase two box trucks from a dealer nearby. Called CBI a few days before to set up an appointment to have them both looked at and was told to come by the next morning at 1130am. Arrived at the shop to be greeted by a security gate that we couldn't enter without owners permission. Called multiple times and CBI never answered.
