Not really happy, my mum came home from hospital on a Friday and was told no one could see her until Tuesday. She asked for them to be there at 8 and they didn't show up until 10. Then when there was one day she didn't need them, they called asking if she wanted to terminate the care and they were told no just cancelled for ONE day. Professional nurses that show up without the supplies to do the job. Made due, but caused additional bleeding and pain. Then didn't show up No call, no answer at contact number Then was told they would be out today, which is now yesterday so their word is as good as their management! When a manager posts a five star review in response to a one star review to cheat their rating, tells you all you need to know!
