I am so totally frustrated with the way this company works, I have been waiting for a call to advise me when a nurse will be coming all day. It’s now 4:10 and nothing, I have called the company 3 times to follow up and still no response from the nurse assigned to me .I’ve recently started chemo they have a ball attached to my pic line that needed to be removed around 9:00 this morning. Out of 6 nurses I’ve had so far 2 have been more than qualified the rest are just going through the motions. This is not right something need... read more
The PSW‘s who work there are very good in Peterborough, my 97-year-old aunt was very pleased with their service and friendliness for the most part. The office is an absolute nightmare, they don’t coordinate visits and communicate properly with their people that are out in the field. I have had three phone calls this week from there “ Customer service” Group about the same issue that I spoke with a supervisor about five days ago. When you call in you end up sitting on hold, but at least they have a callback service
GOOD LUCK if you are TRYING to actually talk to someone... They DO NOT return calls/answer messages and when you call in.... you are on hold FOREVER On hold for OVER 30+ minutes,,, even the automated service does not work properly. Not only do the staff hang up on your call (while "transferring" your call... so does the automated answering service! CBI Home Health (Owner) - Do not sprinkle sugar on your BS and try to pass it off as candy! This is an ONGOING problem!!!! OVER a month since CBI said they were working on fixing ... read more
