GOOD LUCK if you are TRYING to actually talk to someone... They DO NOT return calls/answer messages and when you call in.... you are on hold FOREVER On hold for OVER 30+ minutes,,, even the automated service does not work properly. Not only do the staff hang up on your call (while "transferring" your call... so does the automated answering service! CBI Home Health (Owner) - Do not sprinkle sugar on your BS and try to pass it off as candy! This is an ONGOING problem!!!! OVER a month since CBI said they were working on fixing ... read more

I have never experienced such a disrespectful, unprofessional company in my 20 year career in health care. They left a call back number for an interview and the number belonged to one of there clients in Ottawa. It took 2 days for them to contact me to book an interview, and when they did speak with me they recinded their job offer and tried to cite the rules and regulations of what you need as far as education to work in Canada. I am a canadian to heart,,,,born Canadian,raised Canadian so don't tell me what it takes to work... read more

Avoid working for this organization. It was a complete waste of my time. They exhibit disrespectful treatment towards their employees, and I can only imagine how their clients are treated.
