Complete Nightmare, like selling soul to the devil – DO NOT USE PERIOD. If you sign a contract with this company it's like selling your soul to the devil. It has being a complete nightmare for me. At this moment I am trying to get out of the contract and on their terms they list that if you have 2 consecutive outages you are free from the Contract but that is not true. Are You Sure It's The Right CBeyond? – We switched from Bell South (voice, DSL) to CBeyond (VoIP voice and Internet via T-1) six months ago. In all of six months, we have had one significant service issue. One. Compare that to daily issues with Bell South. I don't know why the other two reviewers had problems, but I'd venture to say there is an inability to read and listen on their part. Poor Service - Be Aware – I wish I could afford to change service, this has been a terrible experience. I feel we were mislead by the sale person. Sure perhaps I did not ask the right question correctly, but they sure danced around our questions now that I know more. Things like this. We were leaving Bell South because of poor service. Whent he truck pulled up to install our T1 - it was a Bell South truck and a Bell South T1. They still have not after a month completed some final wiring. Awful Service – This has been an absolute disaster with Cbeyond. Their technical support team really have no idea what they are doing most of the time except to add a patch or two every time we call. The phone service has been a little better than cell phone service when it comes to connectivity. We're just tired of calling them every week for a fix that we don't anymore. Most of us would rather use a cell phone instead of the office phone. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY
