Super nice and kind compassionate people!!! Very gentle finding your artery when donating blood.
Love one blood when they show up . My problem is I make an appointment and show up to find out that one blood has canceled the drive and don't let you know. Very frustrating to make time to help my giving blood and one blood is a no show . Not the first time .
Just donated yesterday. Service was fast and the staff was friendly and great at their job.
This was my first experience as a donor and it wasn’t a positive one. The bus was supposed to be in Thomasville NC today from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. I arrived at 11:10 and the bus was nowhere to be found. As I left I seen the bus at an intersection about 11:55. I went on home for about 15 minutes and then went back to the location and they were there. The bus was full and 2 people were in front of me. I was told I needed to wait in my car.
