Outstanding on every avenue. My representative Mike did outstanding on every aspect. The only downfall that happened to me was the waiting for approval from judges in California. This was not any wrong doing from Mike and CBC. This needs to get fixed from the court system in California. From the point where I was approved until the time I received my funds was over a month. They have a unique way of doing things that provides you with the flexibility to take on more projects with a clear and concise approval system. I have worked with CBC many times and plan on doing many more successful projects with them. They provide financing and so much more. Truly a partner that you can count on and ask for input throughout a project. Highly recommend
