I just want to give honor and recognition to where it is due. Jess Stom has been such a wonderful realtor for my husband and I to work with. We have poor credit and an eviction but she worked so hard to help us find and lease a rental home. The price range is great but her service is EXCELLENT. Kevin Weber of CB&A Realtors hosted an open house at Stormcroft Ln, Katy on Saturday, Jan 25th. The listing agent on HAR for this house is Dawn Mack however, Kevin Weber was present at the open house. We liked this house and asked for seller's disclosure. Kevin took our email down and promised, he will send the disclosure in evening. He never sent anything and while still waiting for seller's disclosure, on Monday, Jan 27th we came to know the house status went "Pending".
