Autumn and Dakota were so helpful ! They were able to help me in store with a fairly complicated order and were both so patient and solution oriented. 10/10 experience I’ll definitely shop with them again
Don’t bother ordering from CB2..,I placed an order and scheduled my delivery for available date which was 10days out. The day before my delivery I got a call letting me know they didn’t have my chairs, no explanation. Then CB2 arbitrarily scheduled a different date, no calls, no apologies. I’m not even at home, when I called them they informed me I could schedule a date an additional 4wks out!!! Just ridiculous and unprofessional!!! You can’t charge these prices and have crap service!!!
Couldn’t get in touch with anyone, paid over 800 dollars for 2 night stands and one of the magnets on the door isn’t sticking. When we placed the order, it continuously would get pushed out. Very frustrating experience. Hope this gets resolved.
