Don’t bother ordering from CB2..,I placed an order and scheduled my delivery for available date which was 10days out. The day before my delivery I got a call letting me know they didn’t have my chairs, no explanation. Then CB2 arbitrarily scheduled a different date, no calls, no apologies. I’m not even at home, when I called them they informed me I could schedule a date an additional 4wks out!!! Just ridiculous and unprofessional!!! You can’t charge these prices and have crap service!!!
Couldn’t get in touch with anyone, paid over 800 dollars for 2 night stands and one of the magnets on the door isn’t sticking. When we placed the order, it continuously would get pushed out. Very frustrating experience. Hope this gets resolved.

Beware of CB2's offer of in-home design services. I signed up for in-home design services to help redecorate my bedroom. The bedroom has an unusual layout so i wanted the designer to come out to the home to look at the space. I made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed by email and by text. Three hours before the appointment, i received a call from CB2. They could not come out to the house because it was raining.
