Dear lord the employees are rude at this location. Every time you go in, they are unhelpful and unengaged. Had to return lights today. Online says you can return in store. Stores says they don’t take them. That’s fine but you don’t have to be a jerk about that.
Staff is available without being pushy. I appreciate that.
I went to pick up my chairs today the lady at the front didn’t greet me, and just wasn’t not friendly. Once I got that the back an employee barely helped me load my own chairs in the my truck. Customer service needs work
Beautiful place with beautiful furniture BUT "ugly customer service" I had to pickup my orders nobody reached out I had to wait and look for someone after a while a guy helped to bring my orders with attitude and left them in a corner said those are yours. Anytime I go there shop it's disappointment, Their Sales associate act like they are the owners of the store or high end designer.
