RecommendedBeen here 2 years. Every complex will have some issues. I’ve lived in Super luxury high rises where people had the same complaints I’ve heard of here. All in all I like this complex and don’t plan on moving any time soon. If you want to be in Buckhead with descent amenities and walking distance to plenty of stores and shops without spending an arm and keg this is the place to be
CB lofts staff is very professional, pleasant, polite. Leasing agent has always been able to help me and answered all my question. Also I love the emails that I get about packages or things that are being done at the apartments. Thank you very much for that.

They cut the water to the whole building today on Thanksgiving Day, an there is no one to contact for any thing.
As a long time running resident of this community, I intend to give an honest review. I was a resident for 8 years when it was still an Archstone community. It then transitioned to Avalon Bay, and is now called CB Lofts. As the prior communities, it was considered higher end then your basic apartment complex. Although CB Lofts claims itself to be "Luxury" I can garner that it is not. If you want higher end, I suggest going up the road to some nicer communities. Helios, Mode...Continue Reading
