I have taken 8 - 10 items to be tested. My test results have always been provided back to me in a timely manner. I understand their pricing for various kinds of tests, and I appreciate that they provide a variety of tests at several price points. I have always received good service and the staff is knowledgeable of testing protocol. I will come back again when I have additional testing needs.
Can you say BAIT and SWITCH?!? Most unscrupulous guys ever!!! They told me $60 on the phone the day before at 4pm. I told them I would come tomorrow morning. When I come, they said it’s $160. WTH?!?! Will you honor the price you gave me? Sorry, we can’t do it because of blah blah blah blah blah. Didn’t even want to make it right. They had a sign that said leave a review of google. Well here’s mine... your company are a bunch of crooks!!! All 3 guys working there were full of excuses. Good for NOTHING.
Great company with superb customer service. Recommended if you want your flower tested for potency.
