Terrible customer service from owner! Went in to get a watch battery replaced. The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful, but when she approached the owner for assistance he completely ignored her. He just kept on chit-chatting with some other guy (not like helping a customer, just bullsh*tting). The saleslady kept trying to get his help and even started making excuses for him, like "he's not very good at multitasking." No he's not, and he was just plain rude.
