Great place I really like the climber room. They have new led lights in the main room that are really cool.
I’ve been to most of the Lagree classes in the East Bay and CB Fit is by far the best one. All the instructors have been consistently challenging and provide easy to follow descriptive instructions on how to maximize the workout and offer constructive correction for better form. I learned the most from them on techniques and body placement than any other company I’ve been to.
