I just had my first class at CB fit with Aneesa and I can’t recommend it enough! The studio was lovely, music was motivating, and the instructor had amazing cues! I left feeling stronger and empowered. I would definitely come back!
Great 6:00 a.m. Wednesday morning Climb class! I absolutely loved it. It was a high-intensity, full-body workout that left me feeling energized. Ashley was an amazing instructor—she explained everything in detail, from how to use the machine to what we would be doing throughout the class. Her clear instructions and encouragement made the workout enjoyable and easy to follow. I'll definitely be taking this class again!
Great place I really like the climber room. They have new led lights in the main room that are really cool.
