I joined CB Fit after realizing traditional reformer Pilates wasn’t challenging me enough—and wow, the Megaformer humbled me in the best way! I could barely do two classes a week at first, but now I crave the shake. As intimidating as Lagree can seem, this studio is so welcoming to all fitness levels. My favorite instructors are Alliah, Brianna, Alexis, and of course, Chelsea—they all bring great energy and genuinely care about helping you improve. Amazing classes & best teachers!!!
I am a member of CB Fit Walnut Creek since 2021 & absolutely LOVE their trainers and classes. It is welcoming & personal, more like a boutique fitness space than a big commercial gym.
Three years ago, I was hunting for a Pilates studio.. and instead stumbled into CBFit + Lagree. Best accidental detour ever. I thought I wanted that slow, stretchy Pilates vibe. Turns out what I actually needed was a workout that makes you shake, curse (lovingly), and come back the next day wanting more. It’s been a year since I took my first lagree class and it is the best Fitness decision of my life- I love lagree and CB FIT it’s awesome and The instructors are amazing!
