I’ve been to most of the Lagree classes in the East Bay and CB Fit is by far the best one. All the instructors have been consistently challenging and provide easy to follow descriptive instructions on how to maximize the workout and offer constructive correction for better form. I learned the most from them on techniques and body placement than any other company I’ve been to. Love CBFit! Lagree classes are tough, but I've had some amazing instructors who have shown me modifications at every stage of my fitness journey. I love all the mirrors and the slow speed of lagree so you can make sure your form is good at all times. I've gotten so much stronger over the past 6 years at CBFit - I never thought I'd be someone who works out all the time, but I absolutely love it!
I have been going to CB fit for 7+ years. The instructors are the best! They are so knowledgeable about Lagree and proper body form, to help prevent injuries. They hype you up for class and have the best playlists
