Malisimo, me ESTAFO tengo desde marzo con mi pasaporte perdido desde marzo además de los papeles que se suponía que me iban a llegar no me llegó nada además quise repetidas veces hablar con flor y no pude, ME TERMINO BLOQUEANDO en mi experiencia eso es lo que hace una ESTAFADORA porfavor no venir aquí y ahorrense la molestia y el dinero porque yo perdí más de 300 dolares por nada aparte de que mi PASAPORTE MEXICANO perdido !!!!!
Ended up having to go to IRS office after using Cazares tax service. IRS never received my electronic file after paying Flor for services. Numerous unanswered calls and texts, very unprofessional. Do not use this service, would not recommend.
