When I was first moving in the date on the lease was not the correct day that I initially requested to move in. When every was actually finalized they never sent the code for the apartment to get in, and when I tried to call to get it it took 15-20 tries for it not to go to voicemail. Eventually after getting a hold of someone, they said “it’s in your email” and when I told them I never received an email the lady on the phone said “well nobody’s ever said they never got it so its there.” It was not. Love these apartments! The team is amazing and the property is very well kept. Ryan has been a great help and his commitment to the community is unmatched. Highly recommend!
I have lived at Mirabella for approximately two and a half years. Overall, I had a great experience, maintenance was timely and the apartment was newly renovated. While moving out, I had a pleasant experience working with Ryan. He was super responsive, straight forward about the move out policies, and accommodating. Out of all the apartments I have lived at in Gainesville, this was the best by far. I would recommend living at Mirabella!
NEVER RENT HERE! we are currently sitting without air because the A/C went down, it took over 24 hours to get someone in there, and when it wasn’t simple they had to reschedule it which we haven’t heard anything back from them. Communication is slim to none, when finally offered a temporary solution with a portable A/C unit, we were told they would bring one over (NEVER HAPPENED) and when we asked them again, they sent us a long sheet of how we didn’t maintain their ancient AC system even though all maintenance issues they l... read more
