I’m choosing to write this review to hopefully bring some positivity to these reviews. Coming from a neighborhood that ACTUALLY didn’t care about their residents..Mirabella has been a pleasure. Outstanding Experience with Melanie and Harold! Melanie and Harold were absolutely incredible to work with! Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless from beginning to end. I’m not the type of person that leaves bad reviews, but I feel like it’s been enough. Unfortunately, me and my boyfriend picked this place as our first apartment and everything has been an issue. Not sure what happened with the old management that was great, but whoever is in charge isn’t doing a job good enough. The lack of professionalism, commitment, and communication is SHOCKING, they’re great at charging but awful at responding. I hardly ever write reviews but it’s been 6 months since I moved from Mirabella and I literally thank god every day I’m out of this hell hole. lived here for two years. A/C broke 5+ times; multiple times it was 90+ degrees in the summertime with very little response from management/maintenance, emergency maintenance call line is absolutely useless, making the apartment literally unlivable every single time due to health issues. it felt like they couldn’t care less. avoid this place at ALL costs.
