Cayce now goes by the name "Urban Key". So renters BEWARE!!! -Don't know where to start, but glad we're moving out at the end of our lease. I've had nothing but trouble with this rental agency from DAY 1. Did the checklist/walk-through inspection and pointed out the carpet wasn't new (holes, frayed edges, etc - SEE ATTACHED PICTURES) like the showing agent stated ( I also have several pictures and emails to landlord management proving this). Apologetically rude, unresponsive and unprofessional.
This place is basically a system to let landlords screw their tenants. Ty Cayce does not care about the rights of the tenants he rents to. Ty also does not care about the health of the properties he manages. His goal is to get paid to do the least possible work on both ends. His father started a reputable company in west Seattle, and now he has ruined that business and started a new racket. Do not hire these people! His main henchman Jessica is just as bad or worse.
