This practice strikes a great balance between maintaining a professional distance and making you feel like you are dear friend! The staff is always willing to schedule all of us together and my three children are totally comfortable with them.
Everyone was on time for the appointment. All the dental staff is very professional and wonderful with helpful information. My dentist Dr. Cope was great, he even took my giggling through the fill very well. I couldn't be happier with the staff and the dentist. I recommend this office!
The dentist did bonding on my front tooth. He was very considerate of my desires and opinion. I'm very pleased and would recommend him to anyone . Customer satisfaction is one of their priorities.

I am glad that you are now sending emails pre and post visits. The appearance of the office is very welcoming, and the staff are also welcoming to patients. Personally, the young lady who greets incomers was very professional during my recent visit, and that is what I look for when choosing a medical office to take care of my needs As you can tell, I am terrible with names.
