My 12 yr old son and my 3 yr old grandson had their check up. For my grandson it was his first. They are always so patient with my kids! Always smiling and engaging the kids in talking. My son has been going there since before he was born!! (I was pregnant with him while his siblings went to their check ups). Great family dentist without all the frilly stuff!! :)
Was my first time at this dentist's office, and I'll confess to having some pretty terrible oral-hygiene practices, so I was very much not looking forward to it. However the staff was both friendly and professional every step of the way, and while there was some very gentle nudging over some of my decisions, they focused more on trying to figure out how to get me to change a few habits and work around my weird schedule. My wait time upon arriving was zero minutes. I walked in the door and they walked me back to the treatment room. I felt listened to, which is fundamental to me in a good healthcare setting. After an initial take, we set up a plan that makes sense. The treatment team was effective and sensitive to the fact that I hate going to the dentist and I don't like tooth or gum pain. My family and I have been patients at Cayce Family Dentistry for over thirty years. We have always had excellent care from the dentists, dental assistants, and office staff. They all make visits pleasant with their wonderful, compassionate care.
I would pick Cayce Family Dentistry every time. Great team and very comfortable atmosphere for what can be a not so pleasant experience for some. I am glad I chose them and will continue to do so.
Always a pleasure to visit with Martha. She has a gift for making someone relax while she is completing her task, makes me feel it's a pleasure to have an appt. with her. She is the best! The other staff is always so pleasant, as is Dr. Gregg. I have not had the pleasure of meeting the other dentist, but look forward to meeting her. I have been a patient for approximately 35 years.
Fantastic to see you guys again. I was a patient of Dr. Millwood's for many years, then Dr. Cope before he ran off. I saw Greg today, and got super advice and treatment for my trip abroad. I really appreciate the personal attention and caring attitude. It was great to see Mary Addison again as well. She was helpful, compassionate, caring, and most attentive.
