I paid for an ultrasound and did receive pictures, which I appreciated. However, I was told we would need to come back to receive our video. After that visit, communication became very delayed, and I never received a response regarding the video. The service is done from home, so I was expecting clearer follow-up and communication. Overall, the experience was okay, but the lack of follow-through and delayed responses were disappointing.
Don't go to her. She won't do ultrasounds anymore because supposedly of the drama on Facebook just bad business and I guess doing it from home. Go somewhere else
I just got to my appointment I had to travel far to get here 40 minute drive and I just got cancelled 20 minutes before my appointment that’s not fair very unprofessional super disappointed was expecting more since I’ve heard good things about this place and I try calling and no answer :/
I went on May 10 2023. I was 14 weeks. To get the gender my son wouldn't let us see his parts.. she was very nice. I had to lay on my right side to get the gender.. but we got it.. he wouldn't open his legs. It was funny she was making jokes about she is a very nice lady and she told me to come back it was very welcoming. I'm pregnant again 2024 due Feb 2025 and she was able to tell me I'm having a boy again she is very sweet.. very positive.. would highly recommend her..
She is the best!! I’m totally returning with her , she is very friendly.
