If I could rate them lower, I would. Total unprofessionalism at its finest. In the past two business days, I have been hung up on three times. I was promised a return call that never happened. I have a list of 4 individuals who now feel like they have been discriminated against due to their ages. My mother is one and she is going blind but they can't seem to see her and have cancelled her last two appointments. Both my husband and I have gone to Dr. Shields for many, many years. Dr. Shields is lovely, friendly, and professional. She doesn't hesitate to pass you on to specialists as needed. Every office, the same as hospitals etc., have their own protocols. Some of them may be inconvenient or annoying for us but they are trying to run a business and provide us with a service. We are the ones who need to adjust our schedules etc. in order to receive their service.

Our family and extended family have seen Dr. Le multiple times over the years. She is compassionate listening to concerns and efficient and accurate with her testing. She is able to keep young kids (6,8,10) engaged for testing. The staff at the office are also great. They are friendly and chat with you while wait.

Dr. Shields is absolutely fantastic and she understands my unique eye condition and special needs! She’s fantastic!
