Great place for a dentist to take your kids to. Very friendly, always on time with appointments.
Front staff not friendly, no greet upon entering. Had 2 appointments, one starting at 9 am, but was told both my appointments were at 9:30. Was told to just sit and wait. Very unwelcoming front staff. Once we saw Dr. Bui, the cleaning went well. Happy to have the dental service completed.
My children went in for a 9 & 9:30 appointment. When we entered there was no "hello" or "good morming" just an abrupt "do you have an appointment?" The front staff, Vanessa, firmly said both childrens' appointments were at 9:30, not at 9 am, so we had to wait til then. What an impression! The only saving grace is that Dr. Bui is so nice!
The hygienist who helped my son was very nice and patient.
We had a great experience for my daughter's tooth extraction. She was nervous and both Dr. Bui and his assistant made her feel at ease. She didn't even realize it was all done! Thank you!
The new assistant at the front desk is a little serious, but after a while she bacame friendly. She needs to tone down her voice. It's probably her nature but she needs to mellw it down. But overall, it was a great experience. Dr. Brian is very accommodating and friendly. I like how he treats his patients, very personalize. I am happy to refer him to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!
