Our company lost over $20,000 because the agent didn't do what she was supposed to do. Several times, the agent should have told us that we could have done a mini tort to recover our money. She keep telling us each time, there was nothing we could do. We decided to get a second opinion, and discovered that Caviston was wrong and we lost a lot of money.
