Called them because I thought if I hired an actual remodeling company they would actually show up. Made an appointment for 8:30 am and they called at 8:00 am to say they did not think my job was worth it and they would not becoming out. I took the morning off of work!<br /> <br /> <br />
Amazing customer service, had a question from 6 years ago about the type of ridge placed on our roof. ***** promptly returned my call, printed off my invoice and personally came over and verified the highest of quality product was installed on my roof. The owner stands behind his people and his product. Great company, buy with confidence. ***** in ***************, ******, **.
RecommendedI wish there were more stars in the rating scale. YHR, Hank Hester, was professional, helpful, thorough and a joy to work with. He worked hard to prove the cause of our flood and then fix the damage. Something that started out feeling like a disaster, ended in a feeling of satisfaction. Hopefully we will never need emergency restoration services again, but if we do we will be calling Hank and YHR.
