I'd be happy to share my experience with Caver. They rented me a condo and told me there may be a small parking problem because of construction. It was presented to me as having a beautiful view of the mountains. They put scaffolding in front of my picture window and left it there for 4 months while the crew worked on the opposite side of the building.
