Smooth and friendly purchase of an brand new LR2. Multiple break downs, several "I've never seen this happen" comments from the service dept., many thousands of dollars spent in repairs on a 2013, single owned, 60,000 mile LR2. Of course this in addition to being punctual for recommended servicing. Finally, decided to trade in the money pit mistake and was offered an insulting amount for a trade in. If you want to spend your life in a repair shop buy a range rover when they above and beyond that means you pay for it above and beyond in repairs l will NEVER buy again
I've had a couple of recent visits to get my vehicle serviced and I was very impressed and happy with Vickie who took great care of me. A considerate and knowledgeable woman in the service department is what I call raising the bar.
My sales rep was Amanda Pilat and I had an amazing experience. I popped in with a friend who had to be at the airport at a certain time and she personally took him there herself while allowing me to go through different options. I took a long time and kept going back and forth. She understood this was a large purchase for me and there was zero pressure. Avoid them as much as you can, customer service is TERRIBLE. Your better off taking your business to Austin. Great vehicle terrible dealership.
