This service dept is an absolute joke. If I could do 0 stars I would. They do not know when a bill has been paid, can't give you the correct key to your car, want thousands down payment on covered warranty work and are unbelievably rude.
If you can’t have a person answer the phone I won’t be coming to you for service.
