Terrible experience. The gist, they deeply scratched two of the wheels on my dually and sold me “brand new” tires that were over a year and a half old. Prior to service, as always, I had the rep do a pre-inspection of the truck so he can see there’s no scratches or dents. Then I left it with them only to get it back with scratches in my nice dually wheels. I showed the rep and he got the service manager who was extremely rude and hostile. I told him about the tires.
