Kathy was gentle and thorough with the cleaning. Also, Heather was terrific with the Zoom whitening. The results were better than I had ever expected. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Caven and his team. 5 Stars!!
Im a high anxiety patient and it's been too long since my last appointment. Dr. Caven and his staff have been very caring and understanding. They have done their best to make sure I feel comfortable when meeting all of my dental needs.
I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and had a lot of anxiety, but Dr. Caven and his staff made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. He was very thorough and explained things to me that no other dentist had.I highly recommend this office!
I have great appreciation for the clinic staff and Dr. Richard Caven, who always maintain top quality work in keeping up with the dental careand their professional tips on how to take care of them after the visit. The place suggests to me that they are in strict compliance with respect to hygiene and also friendly outlook that encourages a person to look forward to the next visit.
I have never had a bad visit at Dr. Caven's office! Dr. Caven is the most thorough and patient dentist I have ever met. His staff is very friendly and professional (love Kathy and Rea :o)!). I tell all my friends about them. Although they are now out of my in-network insurance coverage, I will pay the difference to get quality healthcare from this top-notch staff!!!

My evaluation of this process with Dr. Caven and his chair-side assistant Heather was remarkable. Both are true professionals and performed during my procedure as such. There was no pain and no anxiety since the process had been fully explained prior to it's commencement and the explaination was further reinforced as the processed proceeded.
Dr. Caven and staff are great! Always very thorough and take time to answer any questions and explain your case.
